We're having a BOY!!!

So over Father's Day weekend we decided to do a gender reveal cake to find out the sex of our baby. I picked up the cake on Sunday and took it to my folks house before church, so that it wouldn't melt in my car. After church, we went to my aunt and uncle's house in Laguna Niguel, and had a nice lunch with the family. The cake was going to be fore dessert. Ken was able to come hang out for a little bit and share in this special time as we were finding out. All of the family gathered around and had their cameras out ready to take pictures. I cut into the cake and when I pulled out a piece...the frosting was blue! We're having a BOY!!! Ahhhh! We are so excited about this little baby and can't wait to meet him in October! Happy Father's Day to my wonderful dad and my amazing husband! You both have a special place in my heart and I love you both so much. Dad, thank you for everything that you do and all of the love and support that you've given me over the years! Ken, thank you for being such an amazing husband to me, and I look forward to many more Father's Day with our little one! You will be one amazing dad. Love you both.

I'm Pregnant!!!

Ken and I are thrilled to announce that we are pregnant with our first child! We had out 20 week appointment last week and we found out that we are having a BOY!!! Yay! We couldn't be more thrilled. I've been doing really well, and feeling great. This little one is kicking me all the time, so it's finally becoming real that I have something growing inside of me. I'll keep you all posted on how I'm doing. Can't wait to start thinking of names!
